Diabetic Cookies

I am in search of some good diabetic cookie recipes, not just recipes that say no sugar added because i don't consider them to be real diabetic cookie recipes, I am talking about recipes that do not contain any sugar, recipes without white flour but instead spelt flour and so on.
All natural sugars are OK most diabetics can tolerate natural sugars, natural sugars in my experiances don't seem to have a real impact on blood sugar, now I am not saying that this doesn't effect everyone because every person is different so when we eat different products it is basically trial and error the first time around.
So I appeal to you who are diabetics, enjoying your favorite diabetic cookie recipes
